Rang Mahal is one of the very few fine dining Indian restaurants in Singapore that serves not just one or two, but three types of Indian cuisine. Serving North, South and coastal Indian cuisines, it has incorporated both contemporary and traditional influences into its dishes since 1971.
Must-try dishes include signature creations such as the tandoori masala oyster, hot stone tandoori lamb chops, tandoori salmon tikka, smoked bharta (aubergine) and paneer tikka (spicy cottage cheese). Rang Mahal has been a long-standing favourite among vegetarians for its extensive menu consisting of various curries, potato, cauliflower and pea masala and fragrant saffron pilau rice.
Wine lovers will also appreciate the fact that the restaurant's offerings are accompanied by several wine pairing menus.
