The Singapore International Jewelry Expo (SIJE) is a showcase of exquisite jewelry collections from around the world. It brings together leading jewelry designers, brands and gemstone suppliers from around the world to showcase the most splendid jewelry collections. The inaugural SIJE 2013 will be held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore's iconic attraction. Taking place from 4 to 7 July 2013, the SIJE boasts a gross exhibition space of 8000 square metres and it appeals to both business and consumer buyers.
The SIJE features a dazzling and unique display of precious and semi-precious jewels and gems. Visitors from all over the world flock to the SIJE to view and purchase the enchanting collections. Designer pieces are in demand as buyers are keen on special designs and unique jewelry and are willing to spend from SGD 10, 000 to SGD 10 million per piece!
Visitors to the SIJE can expect 190 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions, a powerful series of talks led by industry leaders and gem experts, daily jewelry and fashion shows as well as a showcase of the 2013 collection of masterpieces by Thomas Diego Armonia.

Singapore Food Festival (12 July 2013 – 21 July 2013)
Reserve your stomach for some gastronomical delights in the month of July with the Singapore Food Festival. Since its inaugural edition in 1994, the Singapore Food Festival has never failed to tantalize the palates of foodies and gourmands across Singapore. In 2012, more than 350 000 participated in the event.
Immerse yourself in Singapore's heritage, by tucking in to the iconic dishes of authentic traditional food from the Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan cuisins, whipped up at food & beverages establishments all over the island.

Head on down to the Festival Village at Marina Bay Sands and let chefs from various established restaurants and culinary schools in Singapore wow you with cooking demonstrations. You might even get a chance to taste the dishes prepared!
