Parks & Nature Reserves Directory

Singapore is famous for being a green city. You cannot miss the lush greenery and beautiful flora when you drive along the expressways or even when you are walking along the streets in the city. Singaporeans value the beauty and importance of nature, and as a result, we have many areas specially set aside to showcase the wide variety of plants and trees that beautify our otherwise rather monotonous concrete jungle.

As part of environmental conservation, which is highly regarded in Singapore, Singapore has a large number of nature reserves which are home to many uncommonly seen flora and fauna. These areas protect the species and the environment is recreated to best suit the needs of these living things in order for them to thrive. Hence, nature-lovers can admire the rich ecosystems that exist in Singapore.
