Serving up 10 days worth of the nothing but the best local hawker fare, walk and sample mouthwatering dishes. Focusing on a particular theme each year, a savoury selection of similar themed events and celebrations will delight the foodie in you. Singapore Food Festival 2013 is presented with a twist, a 10-day food bonanza called the Singapore Favourite Food.
This year, the Singapore Food and Beverage Alliance (SFBA) celebrates Singapore’s unique food heritage and pays homage to local culinary heroes. In commemoration of Singapore Food Festival’s 20th anniversary, Singapore Favourite Food 2013 will showcase Singapore’s favourite dishes such as chilli crab, carrot cake, rojak, laksa, roti prata and tau huay, and bring together a selection of popular hawkers and eateries for this one-time celebration.
