Marina Bay Golf Course

By: mckenwong on 11 Nov 2011

Marina Bay Golf Course is the only 18-hole golf course that's opened to the public in Singapore. Located in the heart of town, it's got fantastic views of the city skyline. The course itself is a traditional links course complete with 91 pot bunkers and a few water hazards.

For those who want to improve their technique and swings, there's the Star Golf Academy, which caters to golfers of all proficiencies. The lessons are conducted by professionals recognised by the Singapore Professional Golfers' Association.

If you're looking for a bit more relaxation after a good round of golf, you can head over to Marina Wellness, a centre providing sports therapy services. This is no ordinary clinic as it offers traditional remedies such as Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture and 'tui na' (Chinese-style massage).

Golf Charges
Visitors:  $115 (18-hole weekdays),  $200 (18-hole weekends)
               $82.50 (9-hole weekdays), $102.50 (9-hole weekends)

How to get there:
Take Bus Service 158 from Aljunied MRT Station (alight at bus stop outside Costa Rhu Apartments).
