FINE DINING

DB Bistro Moderne - Sophisticated yet laid-back at the same time, DB Bistro Moderne marries traditional French cuisine with the flavours of the American market. Chef Boulud is renowned for his re-interpretation of Parisian classics into French-American delights - witness the average American burger transform into a work of culinary art under Chef Boulud's magical hands.

CUT - CUT at Marina Bay Sands is Chef Wolfgang Puck’s first venture into Asia. Hailed as one of the top three steakhouses in the United States, CUT features some of the finest prime beef available in town. A contemporary twist on the classic steakhouse, its eclectic menu features a stunning array of entrees including the signature Kobe Beef Short Ribs with Indian spices and the Prime Illinois Corn-Fed 21-Day Aged Bone-in Rib Eye Steak. Paired with an extensive international wine list available in the steakhouse itself, Wolfgang Puck's CUT will be a dining experience which will be hard to forget in time to come.

Jin Shan - Dine as an Emperor would in the Qing Dynasty with Jin Shan's Cantonese, Hunan and Szechuan signature flavours. Decorated with intricately designed lantern pavilions and private dining rooms to match, renowned Master Chef Huang and his team will change the way you think of Chinese cuisine with their signature Emperor Soup, shark's fin 'Zu-Yan' and exquisite dim sum.

Pizzeria and Osteria Mozza - World renowned Chef Mario Batali brings not one but two highly regarded restaurants from Los Angeles to Singapore's shores at Pizzeria and Osteria Mozza. Eat to your heart's content with Pizzeria Mozza's pizzas, accompanied by a selection of 100 Italian wines under $100 to match. Osteria Mozza is the more adventurous take on Italian food with a menu based on the chefs’ culinary adventures in New York, Bologna, and the rest of Italy. Right in the centre of the Osteria Mozza rests a free standing mozzarella bar, where a wide array of fresh items from mozzarella, burrata, bocconcini and stracciatella, are prepared. Santi - It's not everyday that your favourite restaurant provides a surprising new flavour to your palate. However, here at Santi, everyday brings a new adventure from Chef Santi Santamaria, with menus changing daily depending on the availability of the freshest produce in the market as the season changes. The Catalan cuisine served here is both basic and sophisticated and enhanced by the incorporation of different Asian cuisines. Santi features an elegant main dining area, with private rooms, and a wine cellar with seating for up to 80 people, as well as a stylish tapas bar and lounge with seating for 20-30 people, backdropped against the warm rustic feel of custom Barcelona graffiti artwork. Rasapura Masters - be treated to a host of regional street food masters. Raspapura Masters is a showcase of the many ethnic flavours of Southeast Asia. Rise - Rise is the hotel lobby's dining area where an international buffet serves the best of Singapore and Asian Pacific cuisine with European and American influences. Although the Rise breakfast buffet caters only to guests of the hotel as part of the included continental breakfast, the lunch and dinner buffet, which features a sushi and sashimi bar, a Tandoori, risotto and fresh seafood station, is available to the general public.

Rise Lounge - Rise Lounge is the hotel’s social area for coffee, cocktails and late night refreshments. Intended as a social meeting destination, the Rise Lounge is perfect for winding down with a variety of snacks to compliment whatever choice of beverage you prefer.

South Coast - South Coast is an Australian bistro and bar offering a chic getaway. It opens from 8am for coffee and breakfast, and serves lunch and dinner until late. South Coast also includes a bar area that has one of the best city skyline steals.

The Club At Marina Bay Sands - The Marina Bay Sands Club provides the perfect retreat at any point of the day,  serving light meals for most of the day from healthy breakfast options to fine pastries in the afternoon and light evening snacks and cocktails at the wine bar by night. The Club is only available to Suite & Marina Bay Club room guests during the daytime and early evening, but is open to all in the late evening. On weekend nights, The Club features wine degustations, as well as signature dish samplers from the legendary seven Marina Bay Sands celebrity chefs.

The Chocolate Bar - By 8pm every evening, The Club houses Singapore’s first Chocolate Bar. For $38 per person, patrons can experience this full-blown chocolate buffet which serves up 57 hand-crafted chocolate-themed items created by executive pastry chef Alejandro Luna and his team.

The Nest - Tucked in the casino grounds, The Nest is a lively noodle bar based on the traditional cha chaan tengs, or Chinese tea restaurants, popular in Hong Kong and Macau. Whether you are up for Pad Thai, Wok-fried Wagyu Beef, Dried Scallops or craving some dim sum, The Nest has just about everything for anyone desiring a good Chinese meal.

Tong Dim Noodle Bar - Also located within the casino premises is the Tong Dim Noodle Bar. Choose from a wide variety of Dim Sum, Soups, Hong Kong Style Congee, BBQ meat dishes and of course, noodles, for a casual dining retreat during your game.

Fatt Choi Express - Located at the basement of The Shoppes, the Fatt Choi Express is a food court which enables guests to order from any stall they want and chow down a good and simple meal before heading back to the shops. It serves mostly local delicacies for relatively inexpensive prices.

Sweetspot - If you are in need for a sugar rush, SweetSpot is just the place for you. Aside from serving fine barista coffee at an aromatic Espresso bar, as well as an assortment of teas and hot chocolate, the decadent array of desserts and chocolate pralines will whisk you away to the land of the sweet tooth-fairy!

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Beanstro - Sip a decidedly good cup of coffee as you watch the beautifully crafted sampans sail down the central canal . A more upscale interpretation of the The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf franchise, Beanstro whips up a beautiful affair with eggs benedict in the morning to fresh sandwiches, pastas and pastries to complement their signature coffee and tea drinks.

Java Detour - An upscale boutique brand for the discerning coffee drinker, Java Detour offers 100% organic sourced coffees in every cup of joe that is sold within their premises.
