Can't get enough F1? - Nations Cup

By: anniel on 09 Apr 2012
The heart-pumping, gut-wrenching adrenalin rush returns with The Nations Cup Singapore Grand Prix 2011. If you miss the action of the Formula One night race in September, you can experience a new version all over again with F1 Powerboat Racing!

This spectacular sport will hit the waters of Marina Bay, bringing thrills, spills, and screaming engines. For the first time on Singaporean waters, the F1 H2O World Championship 2011 has held races in Portugal, China, Russia, Ukraine and the UAE, with its Nations Cup Championship races held in China, South Korea, and now Singapore.

F1 powerboats can go from a standstill to top-speed in four seconds. Capable of tearing through the water at 160 km/h, these speedy beasts are the top of the game in water sports.

Watch as teams from Sweden, Italy, the USA, the UAE, China, Portugal and Qatar do battle with the magnificent Marina Bay skyline as its backdrop. And watch this space for upcoming ticket information.
