The Singapore International Cruise Terminal (ICT) at Marina South is heralded to be a massive addition to Singapore’s vibrant waterfront facilities. It commands a prominent location with the downtown Singapore skyline as its backdrop. Its interior has a clear and functional layout to ensure smooth and seamless passenger service whilst the exterior adopts a nautical theme with the motif of waves breaking into shore.

The new facility is able to accommodate the largest ships both currently in service, bringing with them thousands of passengers in and out of Singapore. The two new berths complement the current two berths at the Singapore Cruise Centre at Harbourfront. Both terminals are only a 10- to 15-minute drive from each other.

The Cruise Terminal welcomes many major cruise lines, such as the Royal Carribean, Silver Sea and Costa Cruises. It welcomed its first ship Voyager of the Seas on 26th May 2012.

Well served by a network of roads and a future link to the underground rail transport system, cruise passengers at the new terminal can look forward to easy access and seamless connection to other parts of Singapore, including the Changi International Airport which is a 20-minute drive away.

The Cruise Terminal can be reached by SBS Transit bus service 402 from the Marina Bay MRT Station, however a new MRT station is planned to be built by 2014 at the terminal as an extension of the North South Line. The station's working name is Marina Pier MRT Station.

It is also be easily accessible to Marina Bay, Singapore's new downtown and financial services hub, and its necklace of attractions which include the Singapore Flyer, the circuit for the inaugural 2008 FORMULA 1™ Singtel Singapore Grand Prix and the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort.

Singapore Marina South International Cruise Terminal's superior terminal facilities indeed complements Singapore's prime location between major international maritime routes and excellent air connectivity to establish Singapore as the cruise hub of Asia.
