F1 Singapore Transport Guide

Now that you’ve gotten your tickets to catch the F1 Singapore Grand Prix happening from September 21-23, the next step would be to find out the quickest and smoothest way to get to your seats. Road closures and traffic diversions could lead to unexpected inconveniences, so plan ahead.

Public transport is often the cheapest and quickest way to and from the venue. Here's a compiled list of the nearest MRT stations, depending on your seating area.

Zone 1 (Pit, Marina Pit, Turns 1, 2 and 3 Premier Grandstands)

GATE 1: Nicoll Highway MRT Station (Exit B, Circle Line) is 5 minutes’ walk away. Free shuttle buses to the gate are also available from Lavender MRT (East West Line).

GATE 2: Promenade MRT Station (Exit C, Circle Line) is an approximate 5 minutes’ walk.

GATE 10: Bayfront MRT Station (Exit B, Circle Line). Signs will be at the circuit park to guide you to your grandstand.

Zone 3 (Bay Grandstand)

GATE 7: Esplanade (Exit D, Circle Line) and City Hall (North-South, East-West Line) MRT Stations are both a 10 minutes’ walk away.

Zone 4 (Esplanade Waterfront Grandstand, Padang Grandstand, Stamford Grandstand, Connaught Grandstand)

GATE 3: City Hall MRT Station (North-South, East-West Line) is a 5-10 minute walk away. Esplanade MRT Station (Exit F, Circle Line)

GATE 4: City Hall MRT Station (North-South, East-West Line) is a 5-10 minute walk away.

GATE 5 and GATE 6: Raffles Place MRT Station (Exit A or B, North-South, East-West Line) is a 10 minute walk away.

GATE 7: Esplanade (Exit D, Circle Line) and City Hall (North-South, East-West Line) MRT Stations are both a 10 minutes’ walk away.
