Jiu Chen Gao
Pronunciation:jio-chern-gow
Description:Literally translated to "Nine Layered Kueh", this colourful snack is a favourite among Singaporeans, especially the little ones. The different coloured layers are made from rice flour, sago flour and coconut milk. Each layer is stacked one on top of each other and steamed a layer at a time.
